Surviving The World offers lots of irreverent graphs and flow charts, doodled on chalkboards to add a whiff of academic certainty to them. Here's a music related flow that deals with one of my minor obsessions... figuring out how some artists break through and have radio hits. As you can see, it's all about who you know, but there are a couple of other hilarious paths you can go down that will automatically disqualify you as well.
On a side note, I like to feature a mix of original content and "borrowed" stuff here on the blog, always being sure to credit sources when I want to share something interesting that I've found elsewhere on the web. However, this is the best way I've seen to get credit for your work. Just include a picture of yourself dressed in a white lab coat and Red Sox cap next to your creation. Bravo!
