Musicians Unite To Offer 100 Days Of Tunes

Any new administrations first 100 days in office are heavily scrutinized, but the reckless policies of our latest adminstration have left many people feeling as nervous as ever.

A new project, Our First 100 Days, is attempting to counteract this uncertainty and alienation by raising funds to support progress and benefit those in need.  And they're doing it with music.  Lots of great music.

The project was started in conjunction with Secretly Group and 30 Songs, 30 Days, and aims to raise funds and awareness for organizations supporting causes that are under threat by the proposed policies of a Trump administration. This project is produced with the help of Revolutions Per Minute, an organization that provides strategy and support for artists making change.

Some of our favorite artists including Ryley Walker, Bop English, Angel Olsen have contributed tracks to the project, now on day 34.  One new track will be unveiled each day at noon for the first 100 days since Inauguration Day.

To access unlimited streaming and downloads of all 100 songs, they ask for a minimum contribution of $30.

Organizations seeking to affect policy on climate, reproductive rights, immigration, and LGBTQ rights, as well as promiting community and music initiations will also benefit from the project.
