You Need To Know: One of the stranger things coming out of the folk-rock scene right now, Dawg Yawp will suck you into their unique musical world within seconds of this 20-minute session. Though the duo will use a traditional acoustic guitar, their sound is truly defined by the use of a sitar, drum-machine and synthesizers, creating a variety of textures and sounds that simply don’t exist in modern music.
