For a week in August, the work of four Chicago photographers will be displayed in a South Loop gallery, featuring retrospective images from some of Lollapalooza’s biggest acts of the past.
Taking place between August 1 and August 9, the pop-up installation, titled "Rock & Roll Summer," can be seen at the Elephant Room Gallery on 704 South Wabash, one door south of Buddy Guy’s Legends.
The gallery will feature more than 30 framed photographs from past Lollapaloozas, including images of Soundgarden, Amy Winehouse, Nine Inch Nails, Jane’s Addiction and more, combining the work of Chicago photographers Barry Brecheisen, Andy Argyrakis, Lyle A. Waisman and Curt Baran.
Admission is five dollars, and the exhibit’s hours can be viewed below. View the gallery's website here.
