We just told you about Widespread Panic's return to the area after a brief hiatus, but they're not the only game in town when it comes to Southern Rock styled jambands visiting the city after a little break. The on again / off again brothers in The Black Crowes will take their hiatus ending tour to The Vic Theater for a mid-week stand on April 16th and 17th.
Joining on second guitar for this jaunt will be Chris Robinson collaborator / Grateful Dead protege Jackie Greene. The Crowes announced that the second of two nights in Nashville will be an acoustic affair, so don't be surprised to see the wood broken out (at least a little) here, too.
