It was truly a Throwback Thursday, as some of the oldest songs in the bands trusty bag found there way into the first set, a front to back cover of 2004's Less Than Supper album. A few of those tunes hadn't been performed live since Anders Beck had joined the band.
The second set featured a meaty "Tarpology" Sandwich, a "bustin' makes me feel good" jam and "Cassidy" (Grateful Dead) encore.

The long anticipated run continues tonight, and in the spirit of making it even more of an "event", they are offering a free stream of the Friday and Saturday shows via their website.
The only question now... With three nights at the same venue -- a high profile, sold out run that is streaming to the world -- can they do three consecutive two set shows with no repeats? They certainly have the bullets, let's see if they let them fly.
We'll be there Saturday night to report.
