It seems you can always find good bluegrass around Chicago these days, but the end of August is getting particularly hot for the Rocky Mountain variety (mixed liberally with some Chicago flavor). Friday, August 23rd will find Head For The Hills headlining at City Winery and Wednesday, August 28th will see Jeff Austin kick off his first ever solo tour at Palatine's Durty Nellies.
Chicago will support both gigs, with jamgrass unit Leadfoot opening Friday's show at the Winery. Austin will cap a bill featuring up-and-comers DOG 1 and Cornmeal splinter group Chatsworth & Dupree.
We are happy to be able to give away tickets to both of these awesome shows. It's easy to enter (and even easier to enter multiple times).
1. Send us an email with your full name to info@tomorrowsverse.com (one entry). State which band you want to see in the subject line (or just write "both").
2. If you're so inclined FOLLOW The Barn on Twitter or LIKE us on Facebook and simply post a message to our timeline (additional entry) or mention us on twitter (third potential entry)
3. Make a comment on this post below -- be sure to include your email address (fourth potential entry)
Winners for each show will be drawn separately, at random sometime the day before each show. Good luck!
