On an evening that also featured a huge mass of talent assembling just a bit west and south, Zeppelin front man Robert Plant packed Grant Park and did what he does best: delivers an always engaging set that blends heavy Zep blues-rock and with world beats and sounds, country affectations and a couple of absolutely choice covers. This set comes with a ton of his trademark dry humor sprinkled throughout so don't skip over those tracks! This is a pretty good sounding recording from the live XRT broadcast.
