Trey played his home state of New Jersey last night to kick off a relatively long solo and acoustic run.
His one long set was peppered with the sort of personal speeches that have become common in these settings, and even included a new instrumental tune -- tentatively titled "Saudade", it is a Portugeuse term that refers to "a feeling of longing, melancholy, or nostalgia that is supposedly characteristic of the Portuguese or Brazilian temperament."
In a melancholy moment, he dedicated "Miss You" to those close to him that he has lost recently.
This show also featured the solor acoustic debut of "Everything's Right", a song already performed by both TAB and Phish.
We are grateful that folks are so eager to share what went down. Here are some videos via LazyLightning55a and some audio from noahbickart on btree.org.
