Thanks to the great folks at Martyr's, we're able to offer more tickets to another top shelf Chicago show. Two bands worthy of a night out together on one bill -- and we've gone a bit Marco crazy over here after hearing a preview of his latest release, TigerFace, and getting a chance to talk...

TigerFace. It's not an image I often think of, but in the context of the music of Marco Benevento, its easy to make some quick associations. The head of the beast. Large, majestic, iconic, dangerous. Yes, Marco's music is all of those things; well, maybe not so dangerous... but there's certainly enough risk taking contained...

This will likely be the last time we see Wilco in Chicago for some time. It's been a good run of local shows, from Wilco and Tweedy, since last December. Here's what they offered the festival crowd on Saturday...WilcoAV Fest / Hideout Block Party - Chicago, ILSeptember 15, 2012Misunderstood, 26 Nothings, Company In My Back, I Might,...

I don't have evidence, but I'd venture to guess that the Grateful Dead have more tribute bands dedicated to recreating their sound than any other performers. That's not stopping Chicago tribute juggernaut Tributosaurus -- a band typically renown for their spot-on reproductions of the studio work of a host of classic rockers -- from tackling...
