If you were one of the 70,000+ in Soldier Field during one of the Fare Thee Well shows, you definitely felt the energy when the place was packed with Deadheads.
But for a glimpse of what it was like before the sea of humanity arrived, check out this video from YouTuber 8baseballgeek, who was #6 in line to enter the stadium on Friday, July 3rd.
Apparently, these early arrivers were led in the stadium single file by security. Running to secure your spot on the rail was not allowed (they were threatened with losing their place). A weird and kind of stressful exercise, but from the looks of it, pretty exhilirating to be among the first on the floor.
